Liverpool have set their sights on Leroy Sane should Mohamed Salah depart the club in the near future.
The Reds have made Sane their primary target to replace Mohamed Salah, and they are ready to sign him for a club-record transfer fee.
Real Madrid are also understood to be interested in signing Leroy Sane, but Jurgen Klopp is reportedly keen on luring the German back to the Premier League.
Liverpool splashed a club-record £80 million to sign Darwin Nunez in the summer of 2022, and they are ready to pay more to land Sane.
The 27-year-old has been impressive in attack for Bayern Munich this term, scoring 7 goals and providing no assist in 11 appearances.
Leroy Sane joined Bayern Munich from Manchester City on July 15, 2020, for a fee of €52 million.
Given his output for the Bavarians, Sane wouldn’t leave the Munich-based club for a cheap price.

With Liverpool also hoping to cash in on Mohamed Salah, they would be willing to part with a significant amount in signing the Germany international.
Saudi Pro League club Al Ittihad were said to be interested in signing Salah, and they tabled a bid of £150 million to secure his services.
However, the Reds didn’t accede to the bid due to the timeframe and the effect it could have on the team.
The Reds definitely know that it would be a tall order to keep the Egyptian after this season and as such, they have tabled a replacement in the mode of Leroy Sane.
Sane has scored 45 goals and provided 37 assists in 144 appearances for Bayern Munich across all competitions.
He comes in as a like-for-like replacement for Mohamed Salah, who has had several outstanding years at Liverpool.
