Lisa Rossenbach, the beautiful ex-wife of Roman Weidenfeller is apparently now smitten with a footballer, who is 18 years younger than the FIFA World Cup winner.
Weidenfeller was a member of the victorious World Cup-winning German side that defeated Argentina 1-0 after extra time to win the Mundial in 2014.

Roman Weidenfeller and Lisa tied the knot in 2015, having first met in 2010, and their union lasted for about 8 years before they divorced in November 2023.
Lisa Rossenbach’s relationship with Weidenfeller started after they met in a VIP lounge owned by her father.
Lisa’s dad was the boss of a construction company, and the meeting was after a match at Borussia Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park in 2010.
The duo had initially gone separate ways in 2018, before coming back together in 2020, but their union appears to be a thing of the past now.
This is due to the latest information on Lisa Rossenbach, who is said to be dating Augsburg midfielder Arne Maier.
Maier, 25, born on January 8, 1999, is 12 years younger than Lisa but their relationship looks to be growing quite well despite the age difference.
Arne Maier dedicated a goal to his darling by making an “L” gesture with his hands, and that ignited rumors about their relationship.
He made this gesture after scoring in a 1-1 draw involving Augsburg and FC Cologne on March 31, 2024.
Maier and Lisa Rossenbach are believed to have met in November 2023, before making their relationship public at the opening phase of 2024.

Roman Weidenfeller had also shared a statement in 2023, after his divorce from Lisa, confirming that they were no longer together.
The 43-year-old shared a statement on social media which reads: “It’s true, Lisa and I are no longer a couple. We have separated amicably.
“We unfortunately had to realise that it (their marriage) wasn’t going to work in the long term. For us, our two children come first. As parents, we will of course look after their welfare together.”
Weidenfeller and Lisa Rossenbach, 37, have two children together, Leonard, aged 8 years old, born in 2016, and Luna, aged 1 years old, born in May 2023.
Meanwhile, Maier was previously in a relationship with German internet celebrity Melissa Deines.
The pair have long broken up, with Deines being in a relationship with Borussia Monchengladbach striker Robin Hack since 2020.
They celebrated the birth of their first child, Ameo in November 2023, having had to battle with the heartbreak of a previous miscarriage.
Moreover, Roman Weidenfeller is considered one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of Germany, although he couldn’t delineate his brilliance very much at the international level due to Manuel Neuer’s immense quality.
Weidenfeller played for just two clubs in his professional career, namely; FC Kaiserslautern and Borussia Dortmund.
The retired goalie joined Dortmund on a free transfer on July 1, 2002, and he made 453 appearances for the side keeping 148 clean sheets.

Additionally, Lisa Rossenbach’s current boyfriend Arne Maier, joined Augsburg from Hertha Berlin on July 1, 2022, for a fee of €5 million.
