Manchester City defender, Kyle Walker and his estranged wife Annie Kilner have welcomed the arrival of their fourth child.
Sources say Annie was “doing well” and Walker was also elated about becoming a father again.
The couple, who also have three sons together, Roman, 11, Riaan, 7, and Reign, 5, went separate ways in January 2024.
They have however remained in contact because of their young family, and based on reports from an insider, it was revealed that the couple welcomed their fourth child “this week and is doing well”.
The source also said: “Mum and baby are both happy and healthy. Kyle couldn’t be happier and is so proud of Annie.
“It has not been an easy few months for them but Kyle is doing everything he can to support Annie.
The source also shared that they are focusing on the baby currently and are keen on introducing the newborn to their three sons.
“It is a very special time and they are relishing every second.”
Why did Kyle Walker and wife Annie Kilner split?
Kyle Walker and Annie Kilner broke up in January 2024 after two years of marriage, with reports claiming that it was due to Walker’s infidelity issues.
However, Annie watched Kyle as he was made captain of England for the first time and took their three sons out to feel the turf at Wembley, following England’s clash with Brazil on March 23, 2024.
In an explosive interview with British media outlet, The Sun, Kyle Walker shared that he really regrets hurting Annie Kilner and even referred to her as his soulmate.
The Manchester City man said: “What I’ve done is horrible and I take full responsibility.
“I made idiot choices and idiot decisions. I can’t begin to think or imagine what Annie is going through. I’ve tried to ask her but there’s pain and hurt.
“The man that’s meant to love, care, and be there for her, did this.
“There have been days in this ordeal where I’ve just wanted to curl up in a ball and go to sleep.
Kyle Walker took responsibility for the slip-up, and apologized for his actions and “stupid choices”.
Walker added: “The only person to blame is me. I have roles and responsibilities that I’m aware of and I’ve made stupid choices. But I need to own up to my mistakes — I owe it to everyone.
“My actions have caused a lot of pain to a lot of people. I’m sorry because, as a family, this isn’t meant to happen.”
Walker Is Now A Father Of 6 Children
Meanwhile, Kyle Walker apparently also shares another two children with Lauryn Goodman, a popular British model, clothing brand owner, and social media influencer.
Walker is now a dad to six children and he expressed during the explosive interview with The Sun that he never envisaged that his life would turn out this way.
The Englishman said: “When I met Annie at 17, I never envisaged my private life being like this. I never thought I would be a father of six.
“In football, I’ve achieved more than what I ever thought I would achieve. But to personally hurt what I truly believe is my best friend, that’s what hurts a lot.”
Anyway, Kyle Walker was included in Manchester City’s squad to take on Spanish giants Real Madrid on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, UEFA Champions League quarter-final action.
The 33-year-old has been an important player for the Cityzens since he joined the club on July 14, 2017, for a fee of €52.7 million.
He has made 292 appearances for the club, scoring 6 goals and providing 21 assists in all competitions.
