It has been estimated that the entire development process would cost the Real Madrid star a whooping £7 million. There have been speculations that he might be planning to keep one of the new homes for himself and the second for his parents. He reportedly bought the plot in 2023 for £825,000.
The house now being built on the site will include a basement area boasting a cinema, swimming pool, sauna gym and a bar for entertainment. The living space upstairs includes a large kitchen, five ensuite bedrooms, two lounges and a snug, while a central lift shaft links all floors.

Further details clarify that the player had since longed for a residence back home in England while he was at Borussia Dortmund but delayed it to sort out his career before such a mega project.
Apparently, it’s that desire that has made him start the project even though he is currently plying his trade in Spain. Barnt Green residents confirmed seeing the footballer take a stroll in the quiet leafy streets of the enclave. There are suggestions that he would likely be shuttling to and fro the area from Madrid on off days to take a breather.
