Romarey Ventura, Alba’s partner, has been sharing images of her pregnancy on Instagram with the last post suggesting that the baby will soon arrive.
Ventura who posted in Spanish on her page, said: “I can’t believe there are only days left to meet you, we are looking forward to you, baby.”
Alba is looking to begin a new journey after he and Barcelona agreed to terminate his contract a year early as the club is facing financial crisis.
Lionel Messi who recently departed PSG is expected to be unveiled by the club at an event on July 16.

Inter Miami managing owner Jorge posted a cryptic message on Twitter with a photo of three blank pink jerseys with the caption: “Coming Soon. Si.”
Football fans deciphered that the two shirts were for Lionel Messi and his former Barcelona teammate Sergio Busquets.
The two players who spent majority of their career at Barca are expected to finalize their contracts in the coming days, and be formally introduced on July 16 and make their debut on July 21.
The Spanish national team player has agreed a deal with the club and will reunite with his former Barcelona teammates and coach Tata Martino, who coached Barcelona in 2013-14.
