January Transfer Window: Done Deals on Deadline Day

    The January transfer window ended on January 31, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. All clubs are officially done with their businesses at least for now.

    As expected, Chelsea are the biggest spenders in the January transfer window with the signing of Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.

    A total of eight players joined Chelsea in the transfer window, and there was no penalty from the English FA on financial fair play. 

    In the January transfer window, Arsenal spent £50 million on three players. Newcastle also invested in players, even though they have been playing well.

    Tottenham Hotspur were also busy in the transfer window with the signings of Arnaut Danjuma and Pedro Porro. There were also outgoing people in the club, including Djed Spence and Matt Doherty.
