As expected, Chelsea are the biggest spenders in the January transfer window with the signing of Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.

A total of eight players joined Chelsea in the transfer window, and there was no penalty from the English FA on financial fair play.

In the January transfer window, Arsenal spent £50 million on three players. Newcastle also invested in players, even though they have been playing well.
