Manchester City’s left-winger, Jack Grealish, and his girlfriend, Sasha Attwood have moved out from their swanky Manchester apartment for their safety.
When the 26-year-old English left-winger left Aston Villa for Manchester City for a British record transfer fee of £115 million, he decided to acquire the luxurious apartment for his comfort and that of his girlfriend.
Within a short while, some fans of the England international got to know that the football star was living at the apartment. Hence, some of the fans always congregate near it.
Reports claimed that the fans don’t congregate at the apparent to harm Jack Grealish but to get his autograph and take pictures with the football star.
The reason why the fans are congregating near the apartment was not enough to allow Jack Grealish to continue to stay at the apartment with Sasha.
Recall that during Euro 2020, Shasha who used to show up at match venues to support Grealish during games got a series of threats via social media. Based on the threats she received then, Grealish and his advisors are very cautious about the security of Shasha.
Due to this, the Manchester City recruit has relocated to an unknown part of Manchester to keep himself and his girlfriend safe.
Since Grealish joined Manchester City from Aston Villa, he has gained a cult following. A report has revealed that Jack Grealish is the most searched sportsman in the UK.
The report claimed that the England international’s name is being searched 200,000 times on Google every month since he joined Man City.
While Grealish’s girlfriend, Sasha who is seen as a British model, recently signed a big-money deal with the Boohoo brand.
A source told a UK publication, the Sun, that: “Jack had been living in a nice apartment in Manchester but recently fans have started to congregate outside.
“It’s all very innocent at the moment and those who have been waiting around are people who adore Jack and want to get pictures and autographs.
“However looking at the bigger picture, it’s not ideal that people know his building – especially given the threats Sasha has endured.
“For safety, he has now relocated and is no longer at the property he has been living in.
“It is hoped that while he remains in Manchester this will remain under wraps.”
Jack Grealish and Sasha have been dating since they were teenagers. They attended the same high school, St Peter’s Roman Catholic School in Solihull, West Midlands in the UK.
Though they have been dating for a while now, there is no sign that the 26-year-old football star and his 23-year-old damsel have any child yet.
