Giorgio Chiellini Urges American Fans to Continue Watching Soccer As He Leaves The United States For Europe

Former Italy international Giorgio Chiellini has urged American fans to continue to watch the game of soccer.

During his sports pundit analysis with Fox Sport, the former defender said, “I want to ask you something. Please continue to watch soccer every day. Please continue to play soccer. Please continue to play soccer every day. Please help us to continue making it better and better.”

Soccer will take centre stage in the United States in 2026 as the next FIFA World Cup will be partly held in the USA, coupled with the fact that the finals of the tournament will be played in New York.

Giorgio Chiellini who is now a Sports pundit is heading to Berlin to cover the final of the Euro 2024. After the final, he will be moving to Italy to enjoy his retirement from football after spending his last two years in the Major League Soccer, the elite league in America.

Chiellini had a good relationship with the American fans before he retired in December 2023. Before he left Los Angeles FC, he was an exceptional player with a goal in all competitions for the club.
