Gabriel Jesus has completed 16 dribbles and has been fouled on 21 times more than any other player in the Premier League this season. The Brazil international who joined Arsenal this season on a five-year contract is Mikel Arteta’s hit signing.

Gabriel Fernando de Jesus, born on 3 April 1997, is a Brazil international and former Manchester City attacking midfielder who plays for Premier League club Arsenal.

Before beginning his senior club career at Palmeiras, where he was voted Best Newcomer at the 2015 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and won the Copa do, Brasil in 2016, Gabriel Jesus started his junior club career with Anhanguera in 2010, where he played for two years before joining Palmeiras youth team in 2013. After two years with the Palmeiras youth team, Gabriel Jesus’ brilliance earned him a transition into Palmeiras senior team, where he played between 2015 and 2017.
