Formula 1 and Tottenham Hotspur have come to an agreement on a fifteen (15) year strategic partnership that would contain the development of the globe’s first in-stadium electric track for karting beneath the stadium of Tottenham Hotspur.
The karting track is expected to be opened later this year with Formula 1 and Tottenham Hotspur set to introduce a new academy initiative in view of selecting and finding the next Formula one drivers to come.
Activities relating to education will be done for schools to bring local youths to compete in motorsports while bringing on board young individuals to possible careers in engineering and software development.
This partnership between Tottenham Hotspur and Formula 1 looks to set their attention on creating apprenticeship and career opportunities for youths and to increase variety in the motorsports industry.
How the partnership between Formula 1 and Tottenham Hotspur would go
Nevertheless, Tottenham Hotspur alongside Formula would work in harmony on long-term plans as Formula 1 looks to meet its duty to be net zero carbon by the year 2030.
Tottenham Hotspur are also looking to bring to half its greenhouse gas release by 2030 and become net zero by 2040.

“Our two brands have a shared vision to create life-changing career opportunities, promote diversity and inclusion, such as through the recently announced F1 Academy, and driving environmental sustainability – our innovative partnership will bring all of this to life.”
The Chairman of the North London football club, Daniel Levy said: “Since building this stadium our ambition has always been to see how far we can push the boundaries in delivering world-class experiences that will attract people from around the world all year round.
“We have been able to bring the biggest names in sport and entertainment to London N17. We are extremely excited about what this long-term partnership with F1 will bring for our global, national, and local communities.”

This is a first-of-its-kind partnership as Tottenham Hotspur’s one-billion-pound beautiful edifice has offered the North London club many opportunities such as concerts and NFL matches.
It has also put the state-of-the-art facility of the North London side to global attention of even boxing bouts such as the Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora fight on the 3rd of December 2022.
