With Real Madrid, Alaba’s season was a mixed bag due to fitness concerns. The Austrian was sidelined for 18 games across all competitions because of hamstring and muscle issues.

In addition, Ancelotti’s squad allowed Barcelona to win La Liga by finishing the season 10 points behind their El Clasico rivals.
