Immobile had his first daughter in June 2013 with his longtime partner Jessica Melena. Immobile and Melena got married in May 2014.

Immobile for Italy
He was given his first senior national team call-up by Cesare Prandelli on March 2 for a friendly match against Spain three days later. After 69 minutes, he made his debut, replacing Alessio Cerci in Spain’s 1-0 victory.
Immobile was named to Italy’s preliminary 30-man squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on May 13 and was added to the 23-man final roster on June 1 of the same year.
His hat-trick on June 8 helped Italy defeat Brazilian club team Fluminense 5-3 in their final World Cup warm-up game. Immobile played the final 17 minutes in place of Mario Balotelli, who scored the winning goal for Italy, in Italy’s opening 2-1 victory over England in Manaus on June 14.
On September 4, 2014, he netted his first legitimate international goal in the third minute of a 2-0 friendly victory over the Netherlands.
Immobile was included in Antonio Conte’s 23-man Italy team for the UEFA Euro 2016 on May 31, 2016.
He was added to Italy’s team for the UEFA Euro 2020 in June 2021 by manager Roberto Mancini.
He contributed to Italy’s final goal in their 3-0 victory over Turkey in their tournament opener on June 11 by scoring Italy’s second goal and setting up Insigne for the other.
On June 16, he scored Italy’s third goal in a 3-0 victory over Switzerland in the group stage encounter that followed. He helped Federico Chiesa score the game’s first goal in the second half of Italy’s semi-final match against Spain on July 6 before being replaced by Domenico Berardi. Italy won the penalty shootout 4-2 to progress to the tournament’s final.
After a 1-1 draw in extra time, Italy defeated England 3-2 on penalties to win the European Championship on July 11 at Wembley Stadium. Immobile started the game but was once more replaced by Berardi in the second half of the regulation time.
Immobile became well-known after the game during the celebration when he slipped into the field with his squad and his pants dropped down, exposing his underwear.
