On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, Chelsea released an official statement confirming the club had parted ways with Mauricio Pochettino after a brilliant season with the Chelsea side.
Pochettino took the Chelsea team to the Europa League for 2024-25 season after the club finished in 6th place in the Premier League table. Also, Chelsea were semi-finalists in the 2023–24 FA Cup and finalists in the Carabao Cup. However, he got fired after he demanded to influence Chelsea’s transfer policy.
The London club are focused on getting a modern and dynamic footballer who can play offensive football, have possession, and improve the team defensively.
In addition, the manager should be someone the youngsters at the club will trust.
These are the managers that could manage Chelsea in the 2024–25 season.

Hoeness is the current manager of the 2023–24 German Bundesliga runner-up, Stuttgart. He is a manager capable of making various tactical approaches coupled with bringing out the best in Chelsea youngsters.

Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and Cole Palmer showed their displeasure with the news regarding the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino.
Jackson took to his Instagram page to react to the sacking of Pochettino, saying, “I love you, coach. I wish we could have stayed together more, but may God continue to bless you and your family. Thanks for the advice and support.”
Madueke also reacted to the sacking of the Argentine, posting a beautiful picture of himself and the manager during the club training session.
Cole Palmer posted the picture of himself and Pochettino on his Instagram page with a caption saying, “Gaffer, thank you for everything you have done for me and for making my dreams come true. All the best.”
Managers Who Are Available But Not Currently Linked With Chelsea
As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are not in contact with these available managers, Jose Mourinho, Hanson Flick, Thomas Tuchel, or Antonio Conte. However, Hansi Flick and Thomas Tuchel are keen on moving to the Premier League.
