Chelsea have stepped up their pursuit to take away Shakhtar Donetsk wonderkid Mykhailo Mudryk from the wings of Arsenal, who had their first bid of £62 million rejected by the Ukraine club.
The Shakhtar Donetsk sporting director, Darijo Srna, was seen in Todd Boehly’s personal box at Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea play Manchester City in the Premier League.
Srna was seen in London to discuss the future of the 22-year-old winger, with both Arsenal and Chelsea showing interest as they look forward to bringing in reinforcements before the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Shakhtar Donetsk’s deputy sporting director, Carlo Nicolini, has made the claim that they are currently in no rush to sell the player using Manchester United’s purchase of Antony.
Srna was also seen with former Shakhtar Donetsk and Arsenal stars Willian and Eduardo before going to the Manchester City vs. Chelsea clash.
However, Mykhailo Mudryk had shown his interest in joining Arsenal by posting on Instagram that he was watching the Gunners play against Brighton and Newcastle.
On Boxing Day, the player watched Mikel Arteta’s men defeat West Ham on his iPad. The excellent winger has been picked to win the Ballon d’Or in the future.
