Bayern Munich thought they had gotten the leveller through Matthijs de Ligt in the 13th minute of added time after the Dutchman directed the ball into the bottom corner.
However, the flag went up early against Mazraoui, before Muller headed the ball into the path of de Ligt, with the whistle already blown and as such VAR couldn’t review the incident.
