Bukayo Saka Pays a Visit to Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu

Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka paid a visit to the current governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu, at his state house in Marina, Lagos.

The player took to his Instagram account to thank the governor for the invite alongside pictures of the event which took place at the state government house.

The first image shows him sitting on a chair in his Yoruba attire, a blue cloth known as “Ankara.” He also put on white sneakers.

On the other hand, Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu sat next to the footballer in a white cloth all through; he also put on his native Yoruba cap and a black shoe.

The second picture showed how Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu was showing him around, and they put on a smile as they posed for a shot.

Another picture showed the governor holding Arsenal jersey and watched on as Bukayo Saka Signed on it. It was an exciting moment for the governor.

Another one showed the player and the governor posing for a picture; both of them were holding the Arsenal jersey with Bukayo Saka’s name inscribed at the back.

Other two people stood beside Bukayo Saka and Governor Sanwo Olu as they enjoyed their moment with the Arsenal hitman.

Another one showed Governor Sanwo Olu giving him a gift of Eyo Image, and the player was happy to receive it.

The governor of Lagos State took to his Twitter account to welcome the Arsenal star. He said “Exciting day at the State House, Marina today as I had the pleasure of hosting my favorite Bukayo Saka.

The Arsenal star has been on a tour since he came to Lagos after the end of the Premier League season with the North London side.

Bukayo Saka visited the Shomolu area of the state and Gbagada with his white attire and black Jeep, followed by big security guards.

The player had been an important player for Arsenal this season. Due to his exceptional performance this season, he was awarded a new deal that will make him the highest-paid player at Arsenal.

The 21-year-old winger is still looking forward to winning titles next season with the club, and he is trusting his manager, Mikel Arteta, to make it happen.

Arsenal finished last season with 84 points from 38 matches behind Manchester City who won the league. The club’s biggest achievement is qualifying for the Champions League.

The last time they played in the tournament was in 2015, when they lost 10-2 on aggregate to Bayern Munich.
