Arsenal star Bukayo Saka is confident Arsenal have all it takes to win the Premier League title this season after Brighton win.

The England prolific winger insisted the London outfit are strongly in the race for the Premier League title and will not stumble again having learnt their lessons last season.

Speaking after Arsenal’s emphatic 3-0 away win over Brighton, the highly-rated forward, who opened the scoring for the Gunners against the Seagulls, said the Gunners will take their challenge for the Premier League to the end unlike last season when they imploded in the crucial stages of the race.

”We know the win takes us back on top. We’re building momentum,’ he said.

”Last season was not great, but it was great in terms of we learnt our lesson. Games like this we need to put to bed. This year we feel more comfortable. I feel the team is better, and have it takes to win the title.”

Arsenal were locked in a two-horse Premier League title race with Manchester City last season before a series of dismal results saw them blow away an eight-point lead to hand Manchester City the Premier League title.

This season, the Gunners are strongly in the race for the title but there is a slight departure from last season. It is a three-horse title race this term with Liverpool looking to end their seven-year wait for the trophy.

Arsenal climbed to the top of the Premier League table following the 3-0 win over Brighton, and are a point better than Liverpool and Manchester City with 70 points each.

Manchester City also kept tabs on the race with a 4-2 win over Crystal Palace but are stucked in third place behind Liverpool in second place.

Liverpool, who have played a game less, will go top of the Premier League if they see off Manchester United at Old Trafford in another Premier League cracker.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will hope to keep tabs on the Premier League title race when they return to Premier League action on Sunday, April 14 against Aston Villa after Champions League quarterfinal first-leg against Bayern Munich on Tuesday, April 9.
