Bayern Munich are tabling a second bid worth €80m plus add-ons for Harry Kane representing a €10m increase from the first bid.
The Bavarians will be hoping to be drawn into talks with Spurs for Kane but it is understood Tottenham will still turn down the offer as the club have not budged in their no-sale decision.
