The former Real Madrid attacking midfielder secured the deal that will keep him with the North London outfit until the summer of 2028.

Ben White will join several others who have signed a new deal with the club which includes goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, Bukayo Saka, William Saliba, and others.

Arsenal bought White for £50m from Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2021, and the player has gone to be a crucial part of the team.

The England international certainly operates as a center defender but moved to right back last season following the manager’s selection of Gabriel and Saliba in central defense.

Ben White has won four caps with England national team and is flourishing in full-back position. He sometimes moves forward to aid attack and creates an excellent partnership with Bukayo Saka who plays as a right winger.

Ben White participated in all 38 League matches for Arsenal last season, registering two goals and five assists to help the club challenge for the English title only to fall short as Man City went to win the trophy for the third time in a row.

The former Brighton player has remained an important part of the team for Arteta, having played 10 games across all competitions this season.

He opened his goal-scoring sheet for the season by heading home Arsenal’s fourth and final goal during their crucial win over AFC Bournemouth on Saturday, 30th of September.
