New Manchester United signing from Ajax Antony is the club’s second-most expensive player. Manchester United signed the youngster in a deal worth $104.50m.

Premier League giants, Manchester United, have completed a series of top and expensive signings since Alex Ferguson left the club. A new signing from Ajax has slipped into the second spot after the Red Devils ended a mega €100m deal with a five years contract for the player.

Below are Manchester United’s most expensive signings so far.

Paul Pogba $115.50m

Juventus star and former Man United midfielder Paul Pogba tops the list of the most expensive players so far. Manchester United signed Pogba from Juventus in the 2016/2017 football season in a deal worth $115.50m. Pogba made 154 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 54 goals. He returned to Juventus after the end of the 2021/22 football season, where he signed a four-year contract with the club.

The Old Trafford club signed the 29-year-old England center-back from Leicester City in the 2019/20 football season in a $95.70m deal. Maguire, who is now the captain of the team, had made 104 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring four goals.

He has made 33 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 4 goals.
