The Frenchman’s late strike saw his team clinch all three points in the Saudi Pro League.

In the match, Musa Barrow thought he had secured himself a brace when he hit the back of the net in stoppage time.

However, VAR ruled out the goal, which meant Al-Ahli hopes of challenging Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr for the title are still alive after massive summer spending.

Abdulbasit Hindi was sent off deep into stoppage time alongside midfielder Alvaro Medran – both teams were one man down.

Allan Saint-Maximin ensured his team sit in the third position in the Saudi Pro League, while Al-Taawoun are in fourth position.
