Arsenal will need to pay €50m to Real Madrid if they want to sign Martin Odegaard on a permanent stay at the Emirates. Martin Odegaard recently concluded his loan at Arsenal at the end of the 2020/2021 premier league season and he may be on his way back to London following Arsenal’s newly renewed interest. Mikel Arteta thought he was impressive and the club is interested in signing him permanently as an Arsenal player.

Real Madrid is in a tough financial position and they are very interested in selling players or loaning them out to relieve the club of some wages obligation. Since Odegaard appears to be a good fit for Mikel Arteta’s needs, the two sides are now in discussion and an agreement should be reached very soon.

Marting Odegaard earns 110,000 pounds per week – or 124,000 euros and he may get a little salary bump at Arsenal if he decides to come over to play for the Gooners.
