WWE Wrestler Cody Rhodes Reveals He Does Not Want to Fight Erling Haaland

The WWE Reigning Champion Cody Rhodes has revealed he is not interested in fighting against Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.

In a short video that was uploaded by the Manchester City side on their official Twitter page, the American Nightmare, as famously called by the fans, revealed the major reason he does not want to be in the ring with the big striker.

This came after he was asked who is the least Manchester City player he wants to fight with.

He said, “I’d say Erling Haaland here, as you can see. Kind of looks like the type of guy who would beat you up outside of his bus, which I have a bad habit of. That’s been going on a lot lately. I don’t want to get into it with his long limbs, too. That’s a whole other mess.”

Haaland showed his strength against the center-back in all football competitions. However, he can’t go against Rhodes who is a professional wrestler

Rhodes and other WWE wrestlers are currently in the United Kingdom for a big event at Cardiff, Newcastle, Manchester, and Liverpool.

Rhodes wants the WWE to allow the WrestleMania to take place in the United Kingdom.

During an interview, he said “If I’m aiming, it would be cool to get it in the UK in the next five years. Some really big venues over here could host a WrestleMania.”

“I think American fans would jump at the chance to come to a WrestleMania overseas, whether that be in Manchester or London; I think they’d go nuts for it.” 

The American will be defending his WWE Undisputed title against Roman Reign next.  The match between the two individuals is the most anticipated in the Wrestling industry. 

Rhodes ended Roman Reigns long reign as the WWE World Heavyweight Champions.

Roman, on the other hand, will be targeting the belt that made him the tribal chief of the dressing room. 

Rhodes wants to continue dominating the locker room ahead of other wrestlers.
