The duo of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen occupy the 10th spot on the list, with the pair playing 54 matches together and conceding an average of 0.91 goals per game.
Spurs’ Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen played 96 matches together and conceded an average of 0.89 goals every game.
Jamie Carragher and Daniel Agger were partners in defense at Liverpool, with the pair featuring in 56 matches together and shipping in 0.82 goals per game.
Interestingly, Gabriel Meghales and William Saliba of Arsenal are on a good track, with their partnership sitting pretty at the 7th spot.
Meghales and Saliba have played together 66 times and they have conceded 0.82 goals per game.

The famed defensive partnership of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic slightly misses the top spot, having conceded 0.71 goals per game in a staggering 118 matches.
The pair featured in the most matches amongst the other names listed in the top 10, but they fall behind the iconic center-back pair of Sol Campbell and Kolo Toure at Arsenal.
Arsenal’s Campbell and Toure played together 53 times and shipped just 0.70 goals per game.
