    Noni Madueke

Madueke earned a call-up to the England national team after netting a hat-trick against Wolverhampton Wanderers in Chelsea’s second league game this campaign.

Noni Madueke was stellar against Wolves, as he helped the Blues secure a 6-2 win at the Molineux.

The 22-year-old was an unused substitute in Chelsea’s opening game of the Premier League season, as Enzo Maresca’s side were defeated 2-0 by Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

Madueke has subsequently featured in all of the Stamford Bridge club’s games across all competitions.

He was also on target in Chelsea’s 2-0 first-leg win over Servette FC in the UEFA Conference League.

Noni Madueke also started the second leg played on August 29, 2024, but he failed to deliver the goods for the Blues, as they were surprisingly defeated 2-1 in Switzerland.

Despite the result, Enzo Maresca’s side ultimately qualified for the UEFA Conference League league phase due to a 3-2 victory on aggregate.

    Angel Gomes

Moreover, Gomes was selected by Lee Carsley due to his exploits in France with Ligue 1 side Lille.

Angel Gomes appears to be nursing a head injury which he sustained during Lille’s 2-1 away win over Stade Reims on August 17, 2024.

However, the 23-year-old should be part of England’s squad for their matches in September 2024.

Gomes has made just 1 appearance this campaign, scoring no goal and providing no assists in all competitions.

    Morgan Gibbs-White

Gibbs-White has also been called up due to his impressive showing for Premier League side Nottingham Forest.

Morgan Gibbs-White, 24, has made 2 league appearances for the Tricky Trees this term, scoring 1 goal and providing no assists.

    Tino Livramento

21-year-old defender Tino Livramento has been handed his first invitation to the national team of England following his wonderful display for Newcastle United.

Livramento has been sturdy and sharp in defense for the Magpies, with the Englishman making 3 appearances across all competitions this campaign.

The right-back, who can also function as a left-back, has started Newcastle United’s first 2 Premier League matches this term.

He was also a late substitute in their Carabao Cup 2nd Round win over Nottingham Forest, as they defeated Nuno Espirito Santo’s side 4-3 on penalties after playing out a 1-1 draw in normal time.

    The England National Team

The Three Lions trade tackles with Ireland and Finland in a UEFA Nations League group phase affair on September 7 and 10 respectively.
