Dele Alli has revealed his career targets and aspirations for the coming years, affirming that he knows where his level is.
Alli, who has had a turbulent career since he burgeoned at MK Dons and performed greatly in his early years at Spurs, is confident of a career renaissance.
Dele Alli, who currently plays for Everton, having joined the club on a free transfer on January 31, 2022, shared his goals for the future during punditry duties for Sky Sports on Monday, April 15, 2024.
The Englishman expressed that he has his sights on playing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and he has set a reminder to ensure he is focused on achieving that aim.
Alli made these assertions after he was questioned by Jamie Carragher on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football show.

Dele Alli shared that despite the misgivings of people, having been out of action for about a year, he is keen on reviving his football career.
The former Besiktas man said: “You know you can set reminders on your phone, I have a reminder at 11 o’clock every day that says, “World Cup 2026”. That’s my aim for now.”
“I think that people will be like, ‘he hasn’t played in a year’ but I don’t care, I know my level. The only target I have is the World Cup right now.”
