Messi and Antonela Roccuzzo already own a £15 million property portfolio in Miami, which consists of four luxury apartments.
However, Lionel Messi isn’t satisfied yet as he continues to spend mouth-watering amounts in increasing the amount of houses he owns in America.
Inter Miami are based in Fort Lauderdale, a coastal city located in Florida, north of Miami on the path of the Atlantic Ocean.
The deal for this apartment was completed for Messi by estate agents on Monday, September 11, 2023.
The £8.6 million mansion comes with 170 feet of waterfront, alongside other amazing elegant aesthetics.
Based on information from Forbes, they indicate that the newly acquired house is about 10,500 square feet and it also includes eight bedrooms.
Additionally, there are also nine and a half bathrooms, a three-car garage, and a pool present in the Fort Lauderdale apartment.
The mansion also has a spa, fitness room, and two boat docks. It is in close proximity to Inter Miami’s DRV PNK Stadium.
Messi, who has had a remarkable start to life in America, was represented by Samuel and Donna Simpkin in acquiring the massive mansion.
