English Premier League has published its delayed fixtures for the month of October 2023.

Several hefty games have been shifted to include TV coverage and to prevent collisions as the Champions League and other European tournaments get started.

During the previous season, Arsenal and Manchester City shoved for domination at the top of the League table, and the first match of the new season could give direction of the title pursuit.

According to reports, the matchup between the two teams from the Emirates Stadium will now be played on Sunday, 8th of October, 2023, by 4:30 pm which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

However, the first Merseyside derby of the 2023-24 Premier League campaign will be played on Sunday, 21st of October, 2023, by 12:30 pm at the Anfield Stadium.

How the English Premier League fixtures are decided

The fixtures computer is aware of which clubs are at home and which are away every day of the season.

To find the matches, it will then randomly combine them. Any five games should be divided into three home games and two away games, or vice versa, with the procedure then being reversed.

Below, Futballnews brings you how the English Premier League has amended its October fixtures.
