Euro 2020 final between England and Italy was played today July 11, 2021, at Webley Stadium in England, and the game was decided by a Penalty kick.
It was a tough match among the best two teams in the Euro 2020 competition. England scored first when Luke Shaw found the back of the net for England, giving the three-lion the lead. Italy continues to press England for most of the first half but unfortunately, they didn’t get to score before the end of the first half.
Cheisa did a lot of wonderful work for Italy, he came close many times but wasn’t able to score any goal for Italy. However, Cheisa created a lot of chances for his National soccer team, Italy. Jorginho, Verrati, and Chiellini played very well for Italy and it helped them to secure an equalizer in the second half.
In the second half, Bukayo Saka came in for Trippier and he was able to help England to slow the game down a bit. Eventually, Leonardo Bonucci scored for Italy in the second half. The game was 1- 1 full-time and both teams headed to extra time.
England made another substitution in the first half of extra time, Jack Grealish came in for Mason Mount, the game was still 1 – 1 as both teams continue to push hard for a winner.
The game went ended 1 – 1 at the end of full-time, including the extra time, and now, we are headed to a penalty kick.
Both teams will start by playing 5 kicks each.
