Vinicius was substituted in the dying embers of the encounter with Lucas Vazquez coming on to replace him, but he took much time in leaving the field.
His teammate in Brazil, Raphinha, rushed over to push him off the turf, but he still didn’t want to exit in a hurry.

However, Carlo Ancelotti wasn’t having any of Vinicius’s shenanigans and he grabbed the Brazilian by the arm and walked him out of the turf.
Vinicius Jr didn’t get his name on the score sheet against Barcelona and he had an average performance against Xavi Hernandez’s side.
Following the encounter, the 23-year-old took to social media to share a picture of their goal celebration, with the caption “New Era”.

The former Flamengo forward is yet to ignite into his regular form, like he did in the 2022/23 season, scoring 23 goals and providing 21 assists in 55 appearances.
Vinicius Jr joined Real Madrid on July 12, 2018, from Brazilian club Flamengo, for a fee of €45 million.
His antics against Barcelona were perceived by many to be overboard and as one that could have resulted in possible racial slurs against him.
