The 2021-2022 UEFA Champions League campaign is in the round of 16 stage where the big teams will be separated from the bigger teams. It is at this point in the European club competition that football enthusiasts start predicting the team that could end up champions.

Since the 1992-1993 season, FC Barcelona have won the UEFA Champions League four times. The Spanish giants won it in 2005–06, 2008–09, 2010–11, and 2014–15 seasons. They have won it five times in total.
- FC Bayern Munich
FC Barcelona have won the UEFA Champions League three times in the last 28-year-old. The German Bundesliga side won the title in 2000–01, 2012–13, and 2019–20 seasons. They have won the title 6 times in the history of the tournament.
- AC Milan
AC Milan have won the Champions League title three times in the last 28 years. They won the title in 1993–94, 2002–03, and 2006–07 seasons. The Italian club have won the title seven times so far in the club’s history.
- Chelsea
Chelsea have won the UEFA Champions League twice in the last 28 years. The reigning champions of the tournament won the title in the 2011–12, and 2020–21 seasons. The Premier League side are in search of their third UCL title in the club’s history.
- Liverpool
Liverpool have won the Champions League title twice in the last 28 years. They won the title in 2004–05, and 2018–19 seasons. The Premier League club have won the title six times in the club’s history.
- Manchester United
Manchester United have won the Champions League title twice in the last 28 years. They won the title in the 1998-1999, and 2007-2008 seasons. They have three UCL titles in the history of the tournament.
- Inter Milan
Inter Milan have won the Champions League title once in the last 28 years. They won the title in the 2009-2010 season. In the history of the tournament, the Italian club have won the title thrice.
- Porto
Porto have won the UEFA Champions League once in the last 28 years. They won the title during the 2003-2004 season. In the history of the tournament, the Portuguese side have won the title twice.
- Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund have won the Champions League title once in the last 28 years. They won the title for the first and only time in the club’s history during the 1996-1997 season.
