Tyson Fury was handed a personalized Tottenham shirt in anticipation of his fight with Derek Chisora in the Tottenham Stadium.

Tyson Fury had previously thrown up the gauntlet for British boxer Anthony Joshua.

However, talks for the anticipated Battle of Britain clash with Anthony Joshua collapsed.

Tyson Fury then opted to face Del Boy, Derek Chisora, to defend his title on December 3 at the £1bn worth 62,850 capacity Tottenham stadium.

Tyson Fury, who is a staunch supporter of Premier League giants, Manchester United, and a potential new owner of Morecambe, will be joined by Daniel Dubois, a fellow heavyweight, who will be playing undercard.

In preparation for the upcoming fight, Fury arrived in London to promote his fight a day before ticket sales commenced.

In the process, he landed at the Tottenham stadium in North London, where he was directed to the dressing room of Spurs.

There, a customized Tottenham shirt bearing the date of the fight in the back was presented to him.

Tyson Fury took shots with the customized shirt and shared the shot on his Instagram, slightly poking fun at it with a funny caption.

    Tyson Fury wrote:

“Thank you, @Spurs ! For today, December the 3rd… and last night.”

He then added “Manchester United.” to the post, including a heart emoji indicating his passion for the Red Devils.

Tyson Fury’s funny post came a day after Manchester United successfully humbled Tottenham Hotspur in their 10th Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Tottenham have issued warning to fans, who want to attend the much-anticipated December 3 blockbuster fight.

An official statement released by the club indicated that there may likely be winter conditions on the scheduled date for the fight.

The statement also confirmed that the fight will be an open-air event, meaning there will be minimal protection for the spectators from the winter conditions.

To that effect, spectators are encouraged to wear protective clothing on the night of the fight, as all seating in the stadium will be outdoor.

“Please note, this will be an open-air event with a likelihood of winter conditions at the time of year it is taking place”, Tottenham’s stadium read.

“Ticket purchasers are strongly advised to wear appropriate clothing on the night as all seating within the stadium is outdoor.”

The Tottenham Hotspur stadium will be hosting a boxing event for the second time after hosting Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk’s fight in September 2022.

Fury vs Chisora 3 will be the second boxing event that will take place at the shiny £1bn stadium.

Fury vs Chisora 3 fight will be taking place outdoors – despite potentially unfavorable baltic December conditions.

According to reports, the ring will be covered, but fans seated on the pitch will be exposed to the elements.

The Old White Hart Lane hosted Frank Bruno vs Joe Bugner fight in 1987. The two fighters protected themselves from inclement weather by wrapping blankets each round.

Fury has defeated Derek Chisora twice and he has been tipped to complete a third victory over the Del Boy.

However, a tough brawl is expected as Chisora will aim to revenge his old losses and prove a point against the Gypsy King.
