Victor Osimhen transfer news update

Nigeria international Victor Osimhen is attracting interest from Premier League club, Arsenal, according to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport.

The Gunners, who are yet to sign a top striker, want the Napoli forward in their attacking options for next season. We understand PSG are also interested in Osimhen but talks with Napoli are currently on hold due to the club’s £110m transfer fee demand.

Chelsea are also said to be interested in Osimhen but are unwilling to meet Napoli’s £110m asking price.

Mikel Merino update

Arsenal are still interested in Mikel Merino to join the club’s midfield options for next season. The 28-year-old has one year left in his Real Sociedad contract with the club open to his exit this summer but at the right offer.

Romelu Lukaku transfer news update

Napoli are strongly interested in Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku to replace exit-bound Victor Osimhen. According to the Guardian, the Serie A outfit are interested in a swap deal involving Victor Osimhen and Lukaku.

Chelsea could overtake PSG in the move for Victor Osimhen if they settle for the swap offer by Napoli for the Nigerian striker.

Conor Gallagher transfer news update

La Liga club, Atletico Madrid are set to step up their move for Chelsea and England midfielder Conor Gallagher, 24. However, they are likely to face competition from Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, who are also interested in the player. Gallagher has one year left on his Chelsea contract with no contract renewal talks yet.

Jake O’Brien

Everton have completed the signing of Jake O’Brien from Lyon. The 23-year-old has reportedly arrived in Merseyside for his medical and will sign officially as the club’s new player.

The move has seen the Irish footballer return to the Premier League for the second time after his previous spell with Crystal Palace in the 2022-23 season.

West Ham United are eyeing a move for Borussia Dortmund and Germany forward Niclas Fullkrug to join the club’s attacking options ahead of the next campaign.

Fullkrug, 31, has two years left on his Borussia Dortmund contract and has scored 15 goals in 43 appearances for the club last season.
