Chelsea are said to be locked in talks again with Napoli for Victor Osimhen. The Blues are exploring a loan deal for the Nigeria international but sources close to the player have revealed his position on a loan exit from Napoli is unchanged.
He will only agree to a loan move if an obligation to buy is attached to the deal, as he doesn’t want to return to Napoli after leaving this summer.
