Manchester United transfer News
Manchester United are reportedly set to walk away from a move for Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite if the Toffees don’t lower their asking price for the player. The Red Devils submitted a £30m first bid for Branthwaite which was turned down.
The Merseyside outfit values the 21-year-old at £70m and had considered Man United’s £30m offer disrespectful.
Also, the Red Devils have been handed a big blow in their pursuit of 18-year-old highly-rated French defender Leny Yoro. The Lille stopper does not want a move to Manchester United but is open to other options.
Meanwhile, the Old Trafford outfit could land their first striker signing soon. The Telegraph reported that they are ready to trigger £33m release clause for Joshua Zirkzee. The Bologna forward has been a top target for the Premier League Club.
Liverpool transfer news
Liverpool are also in the running to sign Lille defender Leny Yoro but are facing stiff competition from Real Madrid, who are also interested in the young defender.
The 18-year-old is reportedly open to either a move to Anfield or Santiago Bernabeu.
Meanwhile, Teamtalk reported that Liverpool are vigorously pursuing a deal for Real Madrid sensation Arda Guler.
The 19-year-old joined Real Madrid in 2023 and has been prolific for the La Liga outfit. Currently in action for Turkey in Euro 2024, the youngster could switch to the Premier League should Liverpool seal what could be an unlikely transfer deal with Los Blancos.
Chelsea transfer news
Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah is a top transfer target for Fulham. The Cottagers are reportedly eyeing the prolific defender after losing Tosin Aderabioyo to the London neighbours.
