Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko takes his family on a getaway cruise.

    Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko shared a picture of him and his family on a getaway on an undisclosed location, posted pictures on his Instagram with his relatives.

    The French-born midfielder has been struggling with injuries at the London club, which limited his appearances in this season.
    Sissoko, 30, scored his first goal in two years under Jose Mourinho against Bournemouth, a goal which is also his second for Tottenham.

    Toulouse to London

    Moussa Sissoko started his career with French club Toulouse in 2003-2013, during which he made a total of 220 appearances with 24 goals and 15 assists. He started his career as a defensive midfielder before he changed position as a bob-to-box midfielder, where he became a prominent member of the squad.

    He moved to Newcastle, England, in 2013 after a successful season with Toulouse, where he was signed on a six-year-and-a-half-year in a fee reported to be 1.5 million Euro, issues with the was reported as the French midfielder waived his sign-on fee to push the deal through. He became a hit with the Tyne side club, playing 133 appearances scoring 12 goals with 19 assists. Sissoko played in a different position for Newcastle, right-back, center-midfield, right midfielder, left-midfielder, defensive midfielder and attacking midfielder.

    He represented France in various age categories U-16, U-17, U-18, U-19, U-21, and the French national team with over 62 caps with two goals and six assists.

    Injury crisis…

    Sissoko damaged his medial collateral ligament on New Year’s day against Southhampton, which required surgery and was sidelined for over three months to recover from the injury.

    However, rumors are linking the midfielder to a move away from the London club and a move to France or USA MLS, Tottenham value him at £18 million as they look to complete a deal from Southampton’s midfielder Pierre-Emile Hobjerg in a £25 million deal.
