    Jose Mourinho is second on the chart of managers with the highest spending in the last decade. Mourinho has toured major European clubs in the last decade leaving behind legacies of making breakthrough signings with huge sums. Mourinho has spent a whooping €1.01b

    Massimiliano Allegri €930m

    Massimiliano Allegri is one of the top football managers that have changed the face of the game with big spending. Allegri’s total spending in the last decade has risen to  €930m, with Juventus contributing immensely to the figure.
