George Weah openly declared love for Juventus in the past, saying, “Juventus have been my favorite team since I was a child.”
“In Liberia, I used to play in a Juventus shirt. It was Michel Platini who made me fall in love with those colors. When I then met him, I couldn’t stop smiling.”
George Weah claimed he wished he had played for Juventus during his playing career in the Serie A.
He added: “I have Juve in my blood. I really wanted to play for them but I never managed to do it. If I could have chosen, I would have chosen Juve and not PSG after my time at Monaco”.

The player earns a weekly salary of €13,462, and his annual salary is around €700,000. He was one of the richest footballers in Lille before moving to Juventus.
