Thiago Silva’s wife Belle dropped a bombshell on Chelsea fans after the Blues suffered defeat against Manchester City in the Premier League.
Chelsea’s Premier League woes continued as they suffered a home defeat to Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues went down by a goal to nill in front of their home fans despite holding off the Pep Guardiola-led team throughout the first half.
A double sub by Pep Guardiola turned the game on its head with the two subs – Ryad Mahrez and Jack Grealish combining perfectly to score in the second half.
To Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge, the game was another subpar delivery by the Graham Potter-led team.
The fans booed the players during and after the game after they surrendered all three points to the visitors.
After the game, Chelsea are 10th on the Premier League table and are 10 points away from the top four.
Graham Potter’s side have won just once in eight games and frustrated supporters made their feelings known at the end of the game, booing the team during and after the game.
The gesture by the Chelsea fans did not sit well with Thiago Silva’s wife Belle, who questioned the fans with a blunt statement on Twitter.
She wrote: “Don’t come to Stamford Bridge if you’re not singing. Come on Chelsea.”
The Brazilian also shared a video of some of the boos and gave a surprise reaction.
Belle then began singing “Come on Chelsea!” along with the people she was seated next to.
She has clashed with Chelsea fans previously after questioning the lack of photos of Silva around Stamford Bridge.
Belle is often quick to defend her husband, and slammed a commentator who criticised the centre-back for not attacking enough in a match against Brentford last season.
She also slammed the commentator for unfriendly lines about her husband Thiago Silva during the Manchester City game.
She said: “I’m here in my box at Stamford Bridge. I just listened right now to the commentator, who said that Thiago Silva is not attacking enough.
“Respect Thiago Silva because Thiago Silva arrived yesterday, Thiago Silva played for Brazil, Thiago Silva is very tired, Thiago Silva is 37 years old, he plays like he is 20 years old.”
Thiago Silva and Belle started their relationship years back and have no scruples bringing their honeymoon moments to the social media space.
They are both from Brazil and they got married as far back as 2005 in the heat of love. Unlike other celebrity marriages and relationship, Thiago Silva and Belle have stick together enjoying the bliss of their marriage and sharing beautiful moments together.
