This buttresses the popularity and the widespread acceptance of the return of the Brazil football superstar. Silva is one of the most capped Brazil internationals, having made 113 appearances for the Selecao, scoring 7 goals since he made his debut in 2008.
After over a decade with the national team, the Chelsea and PSG legend called time in his international career in 2022. He won FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 and Copa America 2019 with the Selecao.
