    Spain, Netherlands, and Senegal have all announced their finals 26-man list for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, with shock exclusions and inclusions.

    Spain that won the competition in 2010, is a top favorite to win the competition as Luis Enrique selected the best legs for the World Cup squad.

    La Liga players dominate the list, with the players of two Spanish giants – Barcelona and Real Madrid – constituting the bulk of the players.

    David De Gea of Manchester United and Sergio Ramos of Paris Saint-German have been left out by Luis Enrique.

    Leading the midfield of the Spaniards is Barcelona’s legendary playmaker Sergio Busquets.

    Cesar Azpilicueta is also included in the squad, with the Chelsea captain set for his last World Cup appearance for the team. Jordi Alba is also included in the squad.

    Garcia, Guillamon, Pau Torres, and Gaya are other defenders selected by Luis Enrique.

    Pedri and Gavi are also in the squad, including Rodri, Koke, Llorente, and Carlos Soler, while Morata, Asensio, Ferran Torres, and Ansu Fati.

    Morata, Asensio, Ferran Torres, and Ansu Fati are leading the attacking lineup.

    Senegal final 26-man World Cup squad

    Sadio Mane was surprisingly included in Senegal’s final 26-man FIFA World Cup squad despite picking injury.

    Sadio Mane was injured in Bayern Munich’s 6-1 win over Werder Bremen, sparking concerns among Senegalese fans and FA over his fitness ahead of the World Cup in Qatar.

    After just 20 minutes of play, Sadio Mane was taken off after sustaining an injury to his fibula, with Bayern Munich confirming he will be ruled out of next Bundesliga game.

    Following the injury, there were fears that Sadio Mane has been literally ruled out of the 2022 World Cup.

    In a surprise move, Sadio Mane has been included in the list and will join the African champions in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

    Also making the list is Chelsea’s Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy, including Gana Gueye and Chekhou Kouyate.

    Match schedules

    Spain is in Group E of the World Cup and will kick off their campaign on November 23 against Costa Rica, before taking on Germany and Japan on 27 November and 1 December, respectively.

    Netherlands and Senegal are in Group A and will face each other in their opening game on November 21 before taking on Ecuador and Qatar.
