The Ineos boss will be in control of the football structure at Manchester United and he is expected to make resounding changes to the team.

Sir Alex Ferguson to give advice to Sir Jim Ratcliffe on Manchester United
Based on reports from The Telegraph, Sir Alex Ferguson will be offering advice to the incoming minority owner on some important issues.
The legendary retired Scottish manager could assist Jim Ratcliffe in choosing who becomes a new director of football with the existing John Murtough expected to depart the club alongside David Harrison, the director of football operations.
Several individuals have been linked with the role, including Dougie Freedman, the current sporting director of Crystal Palace.
Freedman is believed to be close to Ferguson, and that could be a factor in the Scotsman becoming the next director of football at Manchester United.
Dougie Freedman has been credited with the signing of several burgeoning prospects in England, including; Marc Guehi, Eberechi Eze, and Michael Olise, who all ply their trade with Crystal Palace.
There are also speculations indicating that Italian and AC Milan great Paulo Maldini, who was recently technical director of the Rossoneri, is also being watched closely.
The Head of Recruitment at Atalanta, Lee Congerton, and Andre Berta of Atletico Madrid, are also on the radar of Manchester United.
These changes would come suddenly, as Jim Ratcliffe’s acquisition of the Red Devils would have to be screened by the Premier League.
This could make the announcement of the completion shifted till January or possibly the end of the year if everything goes smoothly and quickly.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe could sack Erik Ten Hag
Reports indicate that Sir Jim Ratcliffe could be axing Erik Ten Hag and Zinedine Zidane could be appointed as the next manager of Manchester United.
Ten Hag’s side have had a poor start to the season, as they sit 6th on the Premier League table with 21 points from 12 matches.
The Old Trafford club made needed reinforcements last summer, but still, some of these signings are yet to hit the ground running.
Manchester United signed Mason Mount, Andre Onana, Rasmus Hojlund, and Sofyan Amrabat on loan from Fiorentina.
The Red Devils are currently bottom of their UEFA Champions League group, Group A, with 3 points from 4 matches.
Their qualification to the Round of 16 looks bleak, but they are hoping for an improvement in fortunes in the coming games.
Erik Ten Hag’s side return to action on Sunday, November 26, 2023, with a league game against Everton at Goodison Park.
