In the next season of 2018–19, he also won the most tackles in the league. The team that defeated Chelsea by a goal to nil to win the 2020–21 FA Cup featured Wilfred Ndidi as a key member.

    After a great performance at the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup, the Leceister City star who is also popularly reffered to as Seniorman Kelz gained attention, prmoninence and rose in his footabll career. Kelechi Iheanacho currently earns $80,000 weekly which makes him the second highest paid Nigerian footballer in the premier league. In 2015, Kelechi Iheanacho joined Manchester City where he won the English Football League Cup. During his stay at Manchester City, he played 64 times and scored 21 goals. 

    In the summer of 2017, the Nigerian international signed a contract with Leicester City for around $30 million. Iheanacho had a fantastic season in 2020–21, scoring 12 goals in the Premier League, which was more than his 8.20 predicted goals. He represented Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup and also the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations. Iheanacho has 42 appearances for the national team and scored 12 goals so far.

    In 2004, Alex Iwobi joined the Premier League youth team of Arsenal and began his club career there. In 2015, against Sheffield Wednesday, the Nigerian international made his senior debut for Arsenal. Iwobi spent four seasons with the senior team and made 149 appearances for Arsenal during which time he scored 15 goals. The Nigerian international paid around $45 million to transfer from Arsenal to Everton in the summer of 2019. 

    With the Gunners, Iwobi won the FA Cup and two Community Shields. In 80 appearances for Everton, the Nigerian international has six goals to his credit. Despite beginning as a young international for England, Alex earned his debut for Nigeria in 2015. In 53 games for the Super Eagles, the Everton player has nine goals.  In order to guarantee the Super Eagles’ place in the 2018 World Cup, Iwobi scored the game-winning goal against Zambia. 

    He participated in the World Cup of 2018, which saw Nigeria eliminated in the group stage. Iwobi participated in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations for the Super Eagles. The Nigerian international was dismissed during the Super Eagles’ 0-1 loss to Tunisia in the Round of 16 of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations. Alex Iwobi is now playing for Premier League club, Everton player and earns $68,000 wekly which makes him the third highest paid Nigerian player in the premier league.
