He came from the Inter Miami CF development squad, a team that his father co-owns in the United States of America.

The 20-year-old was a standout for the Inter Maimi team during the MLS next Pro league’s inaugural season, recording two goals and 10 assists.

The 20-year-old, who formerly played for Inter Miami’s reserve squad, have joined the Brentford B club for the remainder of the season to advance his career.

Romeo Beckham, the famous footballer David Beckham’s son, has been practicing with Brentford lately despite being under contract with Inter Miami II.

To maintain his condition over the American off-season, the midfielder has spent the last few months working out with Brentford’s reserve team.

An agreement has been reached to make him a Brentford player, subject to international clearance, with the January transfer market now open.

Beckham has been routinely working out with the club’s reserve team before signing a six-month loan deal with Brentford that expires in June. The winger spent time in the Arsenal academy until 2014, playing alongside older brother Brooklyn, and didn’t start playing again until September 2021.

Beckham left football for a while after being released by Arsenal in 2014 along with his brothers Brooklyn and Cruz, and he afterward looked into other endeavors.

Beckham began his football career with the Arsenal academy before leaving at the age of 13. He is eager to put his abilities to the test once more in England.

He quickly experienced his first taste of action while wearing an Inter Miami jersey when he was introduced as a substitute in a 6-0 thrashing by Barcelona during a summertime friendly.

After entering the game in the 86th minute, the 20-year-old had little impact on how it was going.

In 2020, he decided to return to football after a five-year break, signing a contract with his father’s Inter Miami team in September of that year, after declaring his intention to pursue tennis as a professional career and practicing with Andy Murray.

He re-entered the game with Inter’s reserve team, Fort Lauderdale, and has since impressed after recording three assists in a single match while playing on the right side, where his father David is renowned for excelling for Manchester United and England.

His outstanding play continued throughout the summer as he admirably followed in his father’s footsteps by launching an incredible free-kick while representing Inter Miami’s reserve team.

The Bees’ senior team defeated Liverpool 3-1 in their most recent Premier League contest and will face West Ham in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
