    The Liverpool FC striker, who was 28 at the time, was baptized on January 14, 2020, in a swimming pool in front of family, friends, and teammates.

    Following a time of devotion, Firmino underwent water baptism alongside his wife Lari, a preacher, and colleague Alisson Becker. They were all sporting shirts that read “Cross = Love” on them.

    He spent four and a half seasons at 1899 Hoffenheim after beginning his career with Figueirense in 2009.
