Real Madrid are eyeing Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Jude Bellingham, Paris Saint-Germain ace Kylian Mbappe, and Bayern Munich full-back Alphonso Davies this summer.
Real Madrid lost the League title to Xavi’s Barcelona but could still have a successful campaign.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side have already won the Copa del Rey and are active in the UEFA Champions League.
Real Madrid will hope to qualify for their second straight Champions League final by beating Manchester City in the semifinal.
The two sides battle at the Etihad in the second leg on Wednesday, May 17 following a 1-1 stalemate in the first leg.
Meanwhile, planning for next season is already underway at the Santiago Bernabeu.
It emerged earlier this month that the Spanish giants are in advanced talks over a deal for Jude Bellingham.
Based on reports from Sky Sports, Real Madrid are yet to approach Dortmund with an offer for the midfielder.
The Spanish club want to respect Dortmund as they are still locked in a title race with Bayern Munich.
The La Liga outfit will hope to get a deal for the Englishman across the line as soon as the season is over.
Another source claimed last month that Dortmund want a fee in the region of €150 million for Bellingham.
Despite the hefty financial outlay, Real Madrid are targeting two other superstar signings this summer, as per reports.
PSG forward Mbappe remains of interest to Ancelotti’s side despite the player signing a new deal with Les Parisiens last year.
It was widely believed that the Frenchman would move to Madrid, but he stayed in Paris after a sudden late turn of events which however hurt the Spanish side.
With Mbappe set to enter the final year of his deal, Los Blancos appear to be prepared to rekindle their interest in him.
According to sources, the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner has until the end of the month to inform PSG of his decision to leave the club.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, are also said to be in the market for a new left-back after having had to use Eduardo Camavinga in that position on several occasions this season.
Sixteen of the midfielder’s 54 appearances across competitions this season have come at left-back.
Hence, Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies has emerged as an option for Real Madrid as per the report.
The Bundesliga giants, though, do not want to sell the Canadian and are keen to extend his contract beyond 2025.
However, curiosity creeps in when you think of the fact that the Spanish giants had already paid the release clause of Rayo Vallecano left-back Fran Garcia in January to bring him back to the club this upcoming summer.
It remains to be seen if the proposed deal for Alphonso Davies will materialize.
What would they bring to the team?
Mbappe would no doubt be a key forward for Real Madrid in their front line with their star forward Karim Benzema having fitness issues due to his old age.
Together with the explosive Vinicius and Rodrygo, Mbappe will help bring fluidity to attack as they can interchange positions.
The addition of Jude Bellingham to the already plethora of options in midfield would look to cause further selection headaches for the manager.
Bellingham could do all of his ball progression work, dribbling, and entries into the final third while Modric could serve as the connective tissue between him and Kroos.
What is their market value?
As of 2023, Bellingham’s market value has moved up 5 places. CIES values Bellingham at $222 million, making him the most valuable player in the world.
Kylian Mbappe ranks behind Phil Foden ($214 million) in third. He’s valued at $203 million.
Do you think the acquisition of Bellingham, Mbappe, and Alphonso Davies will help Real wrestle back the league title from Barcelona next season?
