This include former Real Madrid star Raphael Varane who couldn’t hide his joy as he witnessed his former club secure a historic 15th Champions League title at Wembley Stadium.

The French defender, who won the prestigious European competition four times during his time at Real, was seen cheering on his old team alongside his son Ruben.

Varane posted on Instagram to share that he was at Wembley, supporting Real with his son Ruben.

He shared a video of the Real players celebrating and exclaimed “Hala Madrid again and again!!”

He also noted that it was the 15th time Real has won the European Cup highlighting their historic success, ‘’the 15th is already here’’ he added.

Varane, who now plies his trade with Manchester United, is set to bid farewell to the Red Devils as his contract comes to an end this month.

The 31-year-old received a fitting send-off from United after they clinched the FA Cup last week, but his heart still beats for his beloved Real Madrid.

Raphael Varane is a talented French footballer born on April 25, 1993.

The 31-year-old most recently played as a centre-back for the Premier League team Manchester United.

Varane is widely considered to be one of the top defenders of his era.

The former French centre back is recognized for his strong defensive skills, commanding presence on the field, exceptional aerial capabilities, and impressive speed.

His glorious stat at Madrid

The 31-year-old Raphael Varane joined Real Madrid as a teenager in 2011.

Between 2011 and 2021, he racked up an impressive total of 18 trophies, which included three La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey, four UEFA Champions League titles, and four FIFA Club World Cups. He made the decision to depart from Real Madrid in 2021 and join Manchester United.

As of the end of the 2020-2021 season, Raphael Varane made a total of 360 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring 17 goals.
