Outcast Manchester United defender Raphael Varane is enjoying his international break as he relaxes with his stunning wife Camille on the beach as he prepares to return to football.
Raphael Varane, 30, shared lovely images of himself and his wife Camille as they relax on the beach while he uses the opportunity to recharge himself.
The Frenchman has only made eight league appearances for Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United this season after struggling with injury but has been back to full fitness.
However, Ten Hag does not exactly fancy the former Real Madrid defender, and the Dutchman has subsequently dropped him down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
The France international has reportedly faced a bleak future at United and teams from the Saudi Pro League are looking to land him in the Middle East in January.
Raphael Varane and his wife Camille flew to the Musandam Peninsula, an area that is just two hours north of Dubai but is governed by Oman.
The couple were able to unwind at the Six Senses Zighy Bay resort, giving great views of the Gulf of Oman which the United defender posted on his Instagram account.
The pair enjoyed themselves on the beach before they headed to the luxury swimming pool which Varane posted and captioned it: “Recharging 😁 🔋 @sixsenseszighybay @asksesame.”
Varane even found the time to fit in a gym workout, ensuring he’s in the best shape possible for his return to Carrington with his teammates looking like they envied his vacation.
The post, which was shared by Raphael Varane on his personal Instagram account, was greeted by United fans in the comment, with Sergio Reguilon saying: “Rafitaaaaa.”
The series of images posted by Varane were just four and Bruno Fernandes commented: “Good life,” while Lisandro Martinez added: “Tell him that I love you with everything warrior.”

Varane is regarded as one of the best defenders of his generation, and he is known for his defensive prowess and speed.
Varane played for French club Lens in 2010 where he transitioned to a senior career but was on the bench in several league matches.
At Madrid, Varane spent 10 years from 2011 to 2021, where he won 18 trophies, including three La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey, four UEFA Champions League titles, and four FIFA Club World Cups.
