According to new reports, Paris-Saint Germain has threatened to ruin Manchester United’s plans of signing Jadon Sancho. Sancho, who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund has been linked with a move to Old Trafford since last summer. But new reports suggest Neymar could be leaving Parc des Princes in the summer to rekindle his old affair with his former club Barcelona.

Should Neymar leave Paris Saint-Germain, the Ligue 1 side is ready to splash money on the England international Jadon Sancho which will be bad news for Solskjaer side. The 19-year-old Dortmund player has been in impeccable form for the German Titans this season which has attracted Tuchel to sort after the forward.

PSG almost lost Neymar last summer but fought hard to keep the Samba star who was strongly linked to return to Camp Nou. However, there is no guarantee Tuchel will be able to keep the Brazilian international at the end of the current season. Barcelona is also pressuring PSG to release the forward and the La Liga giants may just get what they want.

But in order for PSG to release Neymar, it is reported that the Ligue 1 giants want a big name to replace the Brazilian forward. Neymar cost the French side a whopping record of €222million back in 2017 and the club is reportedly regretting such a decision. But in order to restore faith in the club and keep the fans happy another big name will be the best way to end all doubts. This name is former Watford youth player Jadon Sancho. The teenager’s sensational form at Dortmund is second to none. The winger became the hero of the day on Saturday by scoring Dortmund’s only goal of the game against Freiburg at the Westfalenstadion.

Manchester United has been considered front runners for the young teenager for some time and Solskjaer missed out on signing the young lad last summer. It is believed United’s failure to secure a spot in this season Champions League is what turned Sancho away. With United working hard to secure a top-four spot by the end of the season, Sancho may just consider a move to Old Trafford.

But United may have some competition as the Ligue 1 giants, PSG will be a difficult side for the forward to turn down. A few weeks ago, Liverpool were also linked to being interested in Sancho. If Liverpool enters the race, United may have a challenge on their hands to secure the England international’s signature and may have to sort for an alternative.
