Premier League recently announced the six nominees for the August 2023 Player of the Month award.
The 2023/24 Premier League season returned last month and fans enjoyed an awesome three rounds of action in the League in August.
Also, there was another awesome round of beautiful football at the start of September prior to the international break.

Taiwo Awoniyi (Nottingham Forest)

The Nigerian started slowly in England but Awoniyi is now firmly among the Premier League’s toughest strikers to pin down.
Awoniyi has scored three goals in three Premier League matches in the 2023/24 season.
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham United)

After West Ham lost Declan Rice to Arsenal, Jarrod Bowen has been key to a superb August, scoring two and assisting one in three Premier League appearances for the club.
James Maddison (Tottenham Hotspur)

James Maddison has enjoyed a beautiful start at Tottenham under coach Ange Postecoglou since leaving relegated Leicester City.
Spurs have been outstanding early in the Premier League this season, with Maddison scoring 1 and assisting twice in three appearances.
Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford)

While Ivan Toney is still serving an 8-months ban and will not be back until January, Mbeumo has stepped up to help Brentford succeed.

Rodri is among the most loved players at Manchester City after he scored the winning goal in June’s Champions League final win against Inter.
The Spaniard has started the season in the same light he ended last Premier League season, scoring 2 goals and assisting one in three matches in August.
Who Will Win The Award?
Going by the contributions from these aforementioned players, we are looking at Taiwo Awoniyi and James Maddison as favorites.
Awoniyi, despite playing in a less threatening team, has been outstanding and converting chances when necessary.
Also, Maddison on the other hand has been superb since joining from Leicester and has helped Spurs maintain their 100 start to the season.
The probable winner stands between Nigerian striker Awoniyi or England international James Maddison.
How Can Fans Vote And When Winners Will Be Announced
Fans can vote for their desired nominees on the EA Sports website and can do that until 12 p.m. on Monday, 11th September.
Additionally, in regards to voters choices, a select team of football experts will also pick the winner who will be announced next week.
